简介：醉在花溪是一家经营以贵州火锅为主的精致小馆，位于北京双井桥富力城星光大道上。餐馆从服务员到厨师均从贵州聘请，各种特色菜料、调料均从贵州当地采购。在这个精致小馆内经营贵州本土多种精品火锅：花江狗肉火锅，干锅狗肉火锅酸汤鱼火锅贵阳糟辣豆米火锅赤水黑豆花火锅赤水酸菜腊肉火锅豆花奶汤鱼火锅干锅牛肉独山盐酸干锅鱼。真是五花八门，应有尽有。花江狗肉火锅皮黄褐，狗肉嫩滑，汤醇味厚，滋补营养，蘸食口感别致，狗肉鲜香十分突出。干锅狗肉则选用贵阳本地糍粑辣椒为辅料翻炒狗肉而成，既保持狗肉原香，又有贵州干锅的鲜辣，真可谓干香滋糯，色泽红润，吃法别致。冬季进补，狗肉火锅乃上上之选。还有两个特色火锅也值得一提：贵阳糟辣豆米火锅。选用上等五花肉配以该店特制香料烹制而成的软哨，加上自制糟辣椒及豆米炖之而成，口感酸辣，是一款贵阳地道的传统火锅。另一个则是赤水酸菜腊肉火锅。原料采用赤水地区做成的腊肉，加上脆笋炖制而成。腊肉火锅一上桌，腊肉特有的香味就迎面扑来，让人食欲大增。炉子煨着，适合在冬日寒冷的季节食用。腊肉入口伴有香味，口感不错，非常好吃，带有韧性。除了火锅以外，该店还提供许多贵阳小吃，如：贵阳素粉、花溪牛肉粉、米豆腐、蒸黄耙、青岩豆腐、雷家豆腐丸子等。
